Chu Ai Li was called to the Bar in 1996. Ai Li has a distinct and strong interest in construction law and arbitration. Ai Li concentrated her focus on construction law and arbitration after joining Azman, Davidson & Co. in 2001. She became a partner in 2004.

Ai Li’s practice has a distinct focus on construction law. Her engagements involve the following:

  • Construction-related contracts, including EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning) contracts, design and build contracts, sub-contracts, consultancy contracts, joint venture agreements

  • Dispute resolution, in Court and in arbitration
