Yin Wei’s practice has a distinct focus on construction law. Her principal area of practice is contentious construction-related work with disputes involving employers, main contractors and sub-contractors, both in Court and in arbitration proceedings. She also drafts and advises clients on construction-related contracts and assists clients in construction contract administration
